Would a 350w PSu that comes with this case be sufficient for the following system?
http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=11-129-148&depa=0

AMD Athlon 63 3200+ Winchester
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum NForce3 Ultra Motherboard
Mushkin 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC3200 (2x512)
Western Digital Special Edition 80GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive
Lite-On 52X32X52 Internal EIDE CD-RW Drive Black
NEC 1.44MB Black Internal Floppy Drive
Logitech X-530 5.1 Speaker System Black
Antec Solution Series Quiet Mid Tower Case w/ 350W Power Supply Black SLK2650-BQE
ViewSonic G90FB 19" PerfectFlat CRT Monitor
XFX GeForce 6800

A freind of mine says he doubts it will even boot at stock speeds. And he says a 350W PSU is not sufficient for any socket 939 system, regardless of overclocking and the brand of the PSU and I should get a 480w PSu at least. Is this true?

It will run just fine. No need to worry, even if you decide to overclock that winny. :)

It will most certainly boot, and I'm sure it will work fine for quite awhile. Save your money for the time being. (You're probably getting somewhat near the limit, but until you add a few more drives or upgrade to an SLI setup, you'll be OK.)

Take a look here: Quality over quantity.
