PSU For This System?

Sorry to ask a question thats been asked to death, but here it is: What PSU should i get for THIS system? I have a 480 watt PSU in there, but some of the reviews on newegg are kind of negative, and i feel like 480 might be kind of overkill.

what do you guys think?

a true 380 is enough IMO. but people are wattage crazy these days and will recommend uber 600watt PSU's...

This si a great power supply, and a steal for the price. It has gotten excel;ent reviews. Reviews say they are surprise dit costs under 100 bucks. AFter reading them I bought one and I love it. That PSU will be enough. HOwever i have one question about your system.

Why are you getting a harddrive that supports NCQ and SATAII when the only boards that support 1 of those features are the Intel boards. I would go with a Seagate Barracuda 200gb and a WD Raptor or something similiar to that. That HDD you have now is a waste as you M/B doesn't support half the features.

Im thinking the fortron, ive heard its excellent. It has more watts (not that i need em, really ) and its cheaper.

a 300w seasonic psu will be more than enough for you. plus, it's highly efficient and extremely quiet. there's a review on it @ silentpcreview.com. you won't be disappointed.
