now i have never herd of FSP but i was wondering if anyone here knows how well their psu's preform.... should i go with the

FSP Group*

or just pay the extra and go with Cooler Master
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16817171001

im hoping FSP's would be good enough to power(but prolly not):

msi k8n neo4 plat
Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
msi x800xl
2 Hard Drives
2 CDR/DVDR drives
and lots of case fans

i really like the fact that all the cables are sleeved on the FSP if anyone could suggest any other nicely built PSU's in ithat price range with native 24pin connecters i'd be greatly appreciated!

FSP (fortron) is an excellent brand, much better than cooler master. That psu should be enough. If you want to pay the extra though, go with the fortron blue storm 500 watt.

The only comment about FSP that I've read that could be construed as 'negative' was a reviewer's comment that the sleeved cabled were a bit stiff. He had some cable-routing preferences that required tight bends, and had to route cables a bit differently.

I've never seen a report of dissatisfaction with voltage regulation or catastrophic failure.

Well, the amps and wattage of the Cooler Master surpasses the Fortron, but Fortron is a much better brand. I'd go with the Fortron just in case.
