PSU for my GPU

Hi, I'm either pairing a HD 4770 or a GTS 250 with a Athlon II X2 240 or a Phenom X2 550. I was just wondering how much wattage I need. On both GPU's they say at least 450. I found a corsair 650W but I don't know if its overkill. If there is a better PSU for a lower price for my needs then can you please direct me to it.

You could definitely run that rig on a 450W quality PSU, but you likely won't be able to upgrade (say, add another video card later).
