I'm getting the following CPU:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6600 - Retail

And the following mobo:
Intel BOXDG965WHMKR Socket T (LGA 775) Intel G965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Any suggestions on what PSU to get?

I'm thinking of the following:
SeaSonic S12 Energy Plus SS-550HT ATX12V/ EPS12V 550W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CE, CB, TUV, FCC - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817151027

Any suggestions is much appreciated.

Perfect idea. The Seasonics are beautiful and the S12, IMO is the best. Silent and powerful.

I don't think you'll be getting any better suggestions, the Energy Plus S12 is one the best units available.

No video card. The mobo has onboard video which is good for now since I'm not a gamer. I do more multimedia stuff and video editing.

Well then the S12 Energy is a helluva choice. I want one for myself......expensive though.....am considering the OCZ GameXstream as an affordable alternate :(

considering that your mobo has onboard video, one of the cheaper S12's could easily power your system
