PSU for an i7 950 Build

Here's my build thus far:

MoBo: ASUS Sabertooth X58

CPU: Intel i7 950

GPU: 2x ATI Radeon HD 6870 which I intend to overclock

RAM: G.Skill PI 6GB

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint 1 TB0

Optical Drive: ASUS Black 24x

Case: HAF 932

CPU Cooler: Zalman Performa

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

But I need some advice regarding the PSU. I'm thinking the CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W

would this be sufficient for my needs? Or do I need to upgrade to a higher wattage?

750W should be more than enough.

If it matters to you, you'd save money with an i5-760 + P55 platform without loss of performance. You could also get 8GB of ram instead for less than that 6GB kit you listed (with promo code), if you go with the LGA1156 platform.

Looks like the best in voltage suppression but a little under on the efficiency side. The other option that is nearly identical to this is the Seasonic X 650

The X650 is a better option no doubt but is twice the price. The XFX is also made by seasonic.

I got my gf's XFX 650w on sale for 69.99 a few months back, its onsale again now on ncix's boxing day sale for 64.99. The cheapest i have seen the x650 gold is 129.99 after rebate.

Those are canadian prices but things are always cheaper in the US.
