Will the Antec NEOHE 500 be big enough to run my rig? I'm concerned with the 17A 12v line!

ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
AMD X2 4400+
EVGA 7800 GT CO
2 36 GB Raptors in raid
1 WD 120 GB
1 DVD+-R
1 CD+-R

I was able to order it before they went out of stock every place. Will this be enough to power 2 7800's if I ever went SLI?

Well I just picked up the Antec 480w TP II last week, I only used for a day so far but it seems to much quiter than the stock PSU I replaced it with.

480w should be good. i've got a thermaltake 480w that works great. it powers 3 hard drives, 2 dvd drives, a bfg 6800 oc.

It has triple 12v rails of 17A each...you'll be fine!

Actually, it has three 17 amp 12v rails, which is amazing! You'd be able to use that for pretty much anything. It's a very nice psu as well, being modular and having the very high efficency.

depending on the way the rails are configured and what connectors are available, you still might run up against a limitation even with 3 x 17A rails. A single rail PSU would likely still be more flexible. And kindly tell me how one gets over 600 Watts from a 500W PSU - meaning that those rails are substantially over-rated.

See the mess Intel has gotten us into with this split rail crap...
