PSP USB Problem...

I tried connecting my PSP to my laptop through the USB Cable and I keep getting a "USB Device not recognized" message. I am running Windows XP sp2. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, please let me know. Thanks.

Did u set your PSP to USB mode ?
