8 o'clock AM tomorrow for me. Is it on the same day around the nation? It's going to be fun.

i had mine on wednesday. It is hard, practice the writing part (correcting sentences and such). That is the hardest part for most kids. And if you got a packet w/ a practice test, use it.

Only if your score outrageously high to quality for the National Merit Scholarship..

And the PSAT's aren't worth $11.

I was a National Merit finalist in 2001 and my SAT score was 1480. Don't remember what my PSAT was.

PSAT is meaningless unless you're a national merit. And no its not the same all around the nation. Our high school administered them on wednesday.

I didn't have to pay for mine...everyone is required to take'em, so the school covers the cost. And then ultimately the psat people ended up paying me :D

edit: since others are posting #s...232 PSAT, 1510 SAT
However, scoring well doesn't mean you'll get the scholarship...I think the activities/short essay thing have a role, because my friend got a 236/1580 and he did not get any money from national merit.
