I stared going to the gym after a 3 month lay off, initially it was really hard, but 2 weeks down and i feel great, stamina level is up, i sleep really well, feel energetic and feel fitter


if you dont do it already, consider doing it :)

Yea, I need to go back. Build more stamina for harder DDR songs ;)

Yea, I need to go back. Build more stamina for harder DDR songs ;)

I used to have the stamina to pass hard 8's and 9's in DDR but now I'm dead after one song. I need to build back up again.

yep, the afterglow from a workout is a great feeling.

That's the one reason why I still cannot pass any 10-footer (single mode... on double I can do a few 8s) except Sakura or Max300 (I can do bag, but I'm not counting that unless it's on 1x). I've Stepmania'd all the others a billion times over, so it's not a problem of not knowing the songs. Technique is a problem for me on everything, as I have only five Heavy mode AAs to my credit.

That said, I can't see myself in a gym ATM (I'd have to go about half an hour into town--a bit difficult when you're not yet of driving age--and the only available times for me are quite inconvenient), so I'll have to do with what I have at home...

The slow-down part of Sakura ALWAYS messes me up. I know the patterns, but for some reason, I blank out when I get to that part.

there used to be lots when i was still at SC thoughtl, that sort what actually got me motivated I guess :p, i kept going all summer long and got down from 220 to 160 :Q , i go to a diff gym now that i am working and living in san diego ;)
