Just locked in a 3.125% refi w/Penfed from my old (and admittedly terrible) 4.875%. They're even throwing in a free $1k Lowes gift card. Get it while the gettin's good!
 
Weird to see 4.875% considered "terrible".
I'm going the other way right now though (selling house), hopefully things are still good when I'm looking to buy again in a couple years.
