Um, it was free when I wasn't logged in, then I login to get it and the price is now $7.49

Edit: Well eventually it worked, it would alternate between free and not free.

Thank you. I played the heck out of Torchlight 2 to meet my Diablo fix recently, only gave it up because the map never changes, just gets harder.

Now I'm filling my diablo fix with Path of Exile, which seems to be everything that D3 should have been.

Thanks! I have it on Steam too, but it would be handy to have another copy to put on random machines not running with my Steam account.

It's a great game, and will run on even Intel HD 2000 graphics in regular mode.

Preach it brother (or sister)!

don't forget to buy a game or two if you see an olden Goldey! GOG has some good stuff especially if you like the old RPG's.. I think i have about 1/5th of all of them now 130 some GOG games..

Wiz 7 and 8= great old RPGS
magic Carpet 1&2- Bullfrog at its finest
Dungeon Keeper 1&2- Bull frog at its finest again.. we all want a DK3, but till then DK1 and 2 will do.

list goes on.. so many greats.

Yes Dungeon Keeper 2 is one I played for the first time a few months ago and the campaign was very satisfying. Tried DK1 and it was just too old though

The D&D package at GoG is something everyone should pick up. That $21.20 easily has a thousand hours of fantastic gameplay.

So nice of them. I own 14 games on GoG of which I've only paid for 3 and have played none.

Thanks. I'll keep it on the back burner to try when I have some free time later in the year.

Torchlight is one of those games that I must have gotten 85% through the game, got totally frustrated on a certain part - either lost in the mines or stuck looking for some switch - and just flat out gave up on it. I did enjoy it at first being a big fan of Dungeon Siege, but whereas I finished that game multiple times on multiple difficulties, I just found TL to be a grind that wore me out.

I won't ever complain about free - its a great game even at $10, but my patience with certain parts just ran out.

Dungeon Siege is a lot more fun for the same reason Final Fantasy is better than Dragon Warrior. Its more interesting to have a mix of strengths and weaknesses rather than trying to make a god out of one character.

Also figuring out the different combination of strengths and weaknesses on each playthru is going to give it more longevity.

I know it was free but I was still really disappointed to find out it's single player only. WTF? Probably a good game, but these types of games I will only play with other people/friends. Who wants to play diablo or dungeon siege alone? The more the merrier! Also it was released in 2010 but the graphics are from 2002.

Talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth :p - O well, not for me but like I said it's probably a good game.

Will wait till Torchlight II is free!

Am I the only one who HATES playing Diablo 1/2/3, Torchlight 1/2, PoE in multiplayer?

People intrinsically try to outpace everyone. You rush the hell through everything can miss all the dialogue, intended cutscenes, and just taking in the game slowly.

IMO, they're single player first. After I played SP about 5-7x with all characters and got it out of my system, then I jump into MP for that mindless frenzy.

Yeah there's always that. If you got friends to play with they won't skip scenes/dialogue and rush unless their dicks :) Can always ask em not to, also. Random folks will always be rushing though. I played Diablo 3 solo the first time through so I could see all the stuff for myself.
