Think of all of the children who'd be out in the dark and getting run over because it's dark outside.
THINK OF THE CHILDREN.
i think of all of them growing up in states like Maine or anything bordering Canada where its dark no matter DST or No

its 100% irrelevant

I guess it depends how far north east you live. I'm in what is considered North East (MD) and at the worst times it's light from like 6:30am to 5pm.

yea try 12 hours north of that its dark all the time

where i grew up in Main sunset at 4 and didn't rise till 7 in the winter

personally id rather it be dark in the morning because fuck it im going to work, id rather have it be lighter later

And he does appear to be in Canada, so nevermind, he could work for less hours a day than I do and still be in the dark when he leaves and comes home!

It is nice getting off around 2pm and having sun light no matter if it's in the winter time or not.

It does suck for the kids that DLT was extended past Halloween. Trooping off into the dark was most of the fun.

it was big candy that lobbied to extend it past halloween (no joke)

apparently parents weren't letting their kids go out after dark, so it's either trick-or-treat in daylight or not at all
