PSA: There's an ignore list

Instead of turning every thread into a "I hate you" troll fest why not just add the user to your ignore list so you don't see their posts? This is much better than just asking if he's banned yet and hounding his every post.

We are all aware of the "ignore" feature. It would be a lot better if it just eliminated the entire user from the thread. Meaning, if the poster was quoted, it wouldn't show up, and, if they post, it doesn't show up as "You have this user blocked," or whatever the hell.

But, after all, it is just the internet.
