News Update:

Worker admits to being distracted by a bicycler wearing bright pink thong (nothing else) approximately 200yds away. Man says he was so distraught over the site, that he neglected to see that he over heated the tar and caused a large fire.

Other witnesses claim to have seen a lizard leaving the scene with the thong-wearing cyclist.
