If its bitumen they need to heat it up - roofing work can quite easily cause fires if you're not careful.

Ironically they are getting a new building because the roof leaks in their existing building.

The roof leafs, the ductwork spews black crap on occasion, the air intake for my building is at ground level next to the loading dock, the airhandling system has two settings (85° or 55°
rolleye.gif
), the power craps out every other day.....shall I go on? :|
