First off, you'll definitely get fired if you do this since it's a security issue. You tunnel to your home proxy, you get some kind of worm from a porn site, that worm spreads to your coworkers because it's now within the local network. Boom you're gone.

Secondly, yes you can. You go through the work proxy to log into a website that you run on your home computer. That home computer is actually running its own proxy. Your home computer is looking at tube8, then your home computer streams to the work proxy, then the work proxy streams to you.

Providing they were not doing some kind of man in the middle you could also vpn over ssl (such as openvpn). This works even at places like hotels that attempt to charge you to use vpn's on their networks.
