As other's have pointed out, OP's energy savings are coming from elsewhere. My estimate puts his savings at closer to $4-6

For the last 2 months I have set my PC to sleep every nights instead of leaving it on 24/7 and yesterday I received my bi-monthly power bill.

I saved $22.50 a month on electricity just by doing this. My power rate was $0.11612 kWh

Wow, I did not expect this much saving.


And for those who are going to flame me for posting the obvious, I included a monetary figure so people can see how much can be saved.

How does your pc draw 250watts in idle?
