Run is all you need. You can eat 2 gallons of ice cream and four bacon double cheese burgers every day and look great if you run enough. (not saying you could hold it down or want to) point being it's not the burgers but sloth. Also it's not burgers so much as simple sugars like bread and other carbs which put the fat on.
America needs excersize not diets. All a deit does is worsen your health because usually you're not getting what you need in addition to not working and cleaning out your heart, blood, veins, muscles and lypho system.
I had heel surgery recently and ballooned up 30 lbs when cause I could'nt run and I deited the whole time.
