Its seems as though Ive run into that more and more lately. My profile has been enabled from day one.

Me too. A started in late 99 over at overclockers.com (never registered) and made offers for hardware using email. The opportunities were good but few and far between. Someone I traded with one day mentioned AT and the rest was history.
