Yeah, pretty gross episode. I'm disappointed they didn't do a balloon boy episode for the season finale.

Gahh this is the season finale??? I haven't seen this one yet. Ganna watch it tomorrow on my DVR. This has been a pretty good season.

Seems like they phoned it in this week, but it was ok. It also seemed like they were trying to make an argument about urine but forgot what exactly. Urine is ok to drink?

Technically yes. Your body basically turns waste fluid into ammonia. It will kill bacteria and such, which is why you pee on jelly fish stings. However, if it tastes as bad as it smells, then it has to taste pretty bad. Other than that, there are no harmful substances in urine.

If there are no harmful substance in urine, then would you die if your kidneys failed?

well, the kidneys have multiple functions, so when renal failure happens several bad things can happen, not solely related to urine. Kidneys also regulate blood pressure so that's kinda important n stuff.

I know urine is sterile, but I'm going to wash my hands after I'm done peeing because odds are, I touched some surface during the process. The door if I can't kick it open, the lever on the urinal, etc. and it's a good idea in general to wash your hands. Also, if there really was a high concentration of urine in the pool, you're going to smell like piss.
