I agree w/ you, but there are still people who won't read it because of the title IMO thinking that it affects NT users only 😕

Win98 and Winme aren't affected.

This title isn't so helpful either, perhaps you should change it to something more informative. Also, the worm affects mainly Win2K and XP users.
