I've never been to a gas station in Ohio that didn't offer Ohio Lottery. Which includes Mega Millions.

I am sure there are some that don't have lottery systems, but I'd say it's rare. Unless other states aren't as happy to take your donations.

Tell cashier you want to buy $X worth of mega millions lotto tickets.

Tell cashier your choice of payout: lump sum or annuity

Choose quick pick (for random number selection) or select the #'s yourself by filling in the ticket sheet.
