Time to attack me. I let mine run loose at the park near my house where you aren't allowed too. Everybody does.
The only people that go up there are walking dogs, playing disc golf and half of them have dogs, or gay guys looking to hook up in the woods/cars. I wouldn't let mine run loose at the other parks in the area since they are busier and too close to traffic. I do at least call my dogs back when I see people walking little kids or other people walking dogs on leashes. I've seen cops up there while walking my dog off leash and even they don't care.
Cool, by taking this attitude, you've effectivley negated any arguement you might make against someone else for their selective obeying of laws.
AND by posting this here, you made evident your pattern of behavior should one of your dogs attack and injure someone.
BTW, cops don't "care" until your dogs threaten them or someone else. Then they're just targets.

Don't worry. They maybe 150lb ex-fighting pitbulls but I beat the fight out of them with a led pipe plus I don't feed them for a few days before I walk them up at the park to make them too weak to attack anybody.

a couple weeks ago, my dad was walking his dog in town... on a leash, natch, because my dog is pretty bad when it comes to interacting with other dogs (lack of socialization, imo, but he's awesome with people and kids). as my dad is walking past this cafe, this tiny dog bolts out from under a table without a leash and tries to attack my dad's gigantic golden retriever (srsly, dog is huge... standing up, he can put his paws on my shoulders and his head is above my face; I'm 5'10").
my dad's dog responds by biting down on the dog's neck and shaking. the smaller dog's owner is freaking out and even went so far as to call the cops, but ultimately, it was completely 100% her fault because she didn't have her dog on a leash.
so, life lesson. if you're going to let your dog go, be prepared to accept whatever may possibly happen to it.

The lesson I take from this is that small yappy dogs should be fed to larger more noble dogs.

I pepper-sprayed a dog just last week, and right in front of it's idiot owner and his kids.
There's a park right down the street from our house. At both entrances to the park is a huge sign that says "ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AND ACCOMPANIED BY OWNER". Well when we arrived, some asshat was letting his dog (medium sized mutt - couldn't tell what breeds) run around. The dog seemed relatively well behaved, but nonetheless, I had my 6 year old son and 5 year old daughter with me, and we were riding our bikes.
The dog roamed pretty freely while we circled the park a couple times on the path. But on one pass, the dog started making its way toward my son, who was riding about 20 feet in front of me. So I zipped right up there and, by the time I got there, the dog was chasing my son and was within a few feet. I go bike riding pretty often, so I keep a flat-fix kit, pepper spray, and some other misc items. So I shot the dog with the spray.
The owner was making his way over to get his dog, but then got PISSED when I sprayed him. Intense shouting ensued, of course. He was pissed that I sprayed his kids' dog with pepper spray, and I was pissed that he was blatantly disregarding the rules and put MY kids in danger because he was lazy. I told him he owed my son and his kids an apology for being responsible for this entire fiasco. Then he decided to "bump chests", which is when I nailed HIM with said pepper spray. Then I called the cops. His wife came up and started yelling at him in portu-spanish or whatever, and then they left when they realized I had called the cops. They had driven to the park, so I got their plates down, but when the cops arrived they didn't give a shit. "He's gone, we can't do anything."
Whatever. He'll be back, and I'll blind his fucking dog again.

Sounds like you went to hang out in a dog park so you could test out your new pepper spray. Success!

So, the dog did nothing to your son and you shot it with pepper spray? You then shot a guy with pepper spray? Are you male or female? Why didn't the cops arrest you?

Ironically, had I actually engaged in a fist fight with this guy (again, incredibly stupid, immature, short-sighted, yadda yadda) and said so here, then you'd be going on and on about how I'm an "Internet Tough Guy." Frankly, I won't fight you unless I intend to end you. That's the difference between fighting as an immature puke stain and fighting as a parent/adult. You'll figure this out if/when you ever reach the status of the latter (God forbid).
So please, continue downing your 2nd pizza of the day while patrolling the Intarwebs and asserting your masculinity  Oh, and WoW junkies aren't allowed to call into question anyone's manhood.
