I don't know how many times I've heard it called french benefits. Today was the last straw when the guy was so convinced it was french he looked it up on dictionary.com only to make a fool of himself. Please people, say it correctly, as to not make yourself look like a fool.

I don't hate it when in spoken conversation so much as written conversation. I understand in a conversation you speak too fast to slow down and pronounce/enunciate it clearly, but that's not an excuse when you're typing. Should of = lifetime ban

i've never heard anyone say french benefits.
 
I've always taken it for granite that everyone knew it was "fringe" benefits. For all intensive purposes, I guess I should of known better.
