Words could not begin to explain the hilarity that is this movie.

If you say so. But thats the last movie I remember watching in a theater with raucous laughter throughout.

MCV is a true classic

i would go see it right NOW but i have to work in the morning and missed all the showings anyway. thanks for the heads up thought 😉

Personally I dont see how it CANT be funnier then the 3 you listed, I have seen all 3 and really they didnt make me laugh near as much as classics like Kingpin and Something about Mary. Hell I give Superbad, 40 y.o.v. and even Knocked Up marginal humor at best.

Hard to beat MCV. Joe Pesci at his absolute best. Great writing and flow. If Pineapple Express is anywhere near it then I might actually have to go to a theater. My last was X-Men 3.

Whats Pauly Shore got to do with this movie? FWIW I hate Pauly Shore. Next to brendan <barf> fraser, one of the most annoying actors that exist.

Up until last month when I went to see Batman: TDK I had never stood in a line (non IMAX) to get into the theater where the movie was playing.

I have now stood in said line twice in a month. And worth it both times.

As we left, the line for the next showing was already ~100 people deep and there was 45 minutes until showtime.

From what I saw in the previews it didn't look good at all... but after hearing all of this praise for it I may have to go see it.

pineapple express was a major disappointment. i saw it over a month ago in an advance screening. does not even compare to harold and kumar 2 (much less the first). how you enjoyed this movie so much is beyond belief to me. i thought roegan and co. would put out a good movie, but it turned out to be mediocre at best. james franco was the highlight opf the movie (along w/ the black bad guy).

i don't care how high you get, this movie just isn't as funny as other movies.

and the fact that you say its better than those 3 movies...wow, WTF are you smoking? cause you've definitely moved beyond pot to crack.

Dude, Dude Where's My Car sucked ass. Harold and Kumar was very funny, the second one was average. For an Apatow film, Pineapple Express isn't the best, but c'mon, it's an Apatow film about weed. What didn't you like about it?

Sounds like Apatow's creativity is spent. Next.

Looking forward to Kevin Smith's Zack and Miri Make a Porno though.

Ps. Seth Rogen's a whore.
