Look...

I know that you have high aspirations. You want to come into the workout center and you plan to lose pounds, run that 10K in the summer or look good in that bathing suit come spring break...

Lets face it, you will likely fall back into your lazy fat ass ways in no more than six weeks. People like me, that work out day in and day out all year long - dread the massive influx of flunkies like you after every new years. You take up all the treadmills, use the machines with crappy form, and crowd the showers when I want to work out.

Please just stay home!

Thanks. :awe::awe::awe::awe::awe::awe: D:D:D:

haha good luck with that, they wont listen. It sucks for 2-3 weeks after the first at my gym... it's pretty small to begin with, at least a decent amount of the people that make this resolution are decent looking college girls(at my gym anyway :))

Keep in mind the Resolutioners are what keeps a lot of the gyms in business. They sign contracts for a year, show up for a couple of weeks and rarely set foot in the gym again.

People are that stupid? why not just sign up for a month at a time, unless you know for sure that you'll be there regularly for the duration of the contract? I do it by semester just because I get a decent discount that way :)

Gyms usually offer discounts for year contracts over monthly, plus people feel like they'll stick to it if they have a year's worth of cash spent already.
