The proper attitude for a heterosexual when it come to homosexuals is detached disinterest. I'm not going to flaunt my progressive and liberal philosophy by taking up arms against those who oppress the sexually diverse, but I'm also not going to actively hate them. I don't give a shit really. Gay marriage, gay parades, gay day, gay months, gay anything is cool with me as long as it doesn't stop me from doing something I want to do or make me do something I don't want to do.

Exactly. Seems like quite often the most vocal opponents of something (homosexuality, pedophilia, etc.) end up being into it themselves. I think the psychology term for this is projective identification, it's one method of coping with unwanted feelings.

And let me add this. I think Tom Cruise, James Dean, and Denzel are seriously good looking and handsome men. Carl Weathers, Arnold, and Jai White have great bodies. But I have absolutely zero damn attraction to them in any sexual way. Its damn a crock and total nonsense that most people are closet gays. Give me a f'in break.

I was really addressing a couple of comments. Especially Hal's. Many and myself included are completely comfortable in our sexuality. While I have my disagreements with some of the gay movement, I am in no way shape or form a some closet homosexual. Some of the stuff is just becoming ridiculous.

This isn't news. Even as children we always figured the guy who called everyone gay was the gayest. We were right... he's now openly gay and was on The Real World.
