PSA: Fat Tuesday is TOMORROW

It appears that paczki day is a pretty isolated thing, mainly in Michigan, parts of Ohio, northern Indiana & Illinois and parts of Wisconsin.

I feel bad for those who don't get the privilege to celebrate this wonderful day.

Really!? I can't get one here in Phoenix?? (A good one, at least).

Man, I'll have to have my mom buy me a few and ship them in a dry-ice container thingy. 😛

It looks like you may not... you could always search google for a polish bakery in Phoenix... I'm sure they'll be baking them!
 
We're having gumbo and a king cake tomorrow at work. I'm not terribly excited about the cake, but I love me some good ol' seafood gumbo 😀

I know... I had to photoshop it. She ate the pacski before I could snap a picture... 1/160 of a second wasn't fast enough I guess.

Its wherever the Pols set up camp. Thank God I'm in Milwaukee.
 
Paczki's are extremely popular in Toledo, Ohio. Remember everyone talking about them, and demand being so huge they were lines everywhere that sold them for the most part.
We have a big Polish population in the region.

I've yet to have one. I think I might need to drive around Columbus tomorrow and see if I can get some. Want some custard and apple ones. 🙂
