Psa: Don't speed

It looks like the driver (or maybe his seat) ended up right in front of the white car in front of the bridge on the shoulder.
 
The car did not really impact the bridge it kinda grazed it which turned it. The Hit that sent him flying and landing were the worse.
 
Too bad for him this got caught on video. He could have claimed all the little pieces add up to a toyota. Boom no charges and a nice settlement to boot.
 
But you never see his brake lights until the last moment right before impact, I'd like to know why he never made any attempt to slow down. Sure locking the brakes in the grass isn't good but he could have slowed down a bit and might have fared better.
