Way off topic, but why do they have a patrol boat when they can't afford food? Why do they care what a cruise ship is doing 13 miles offshore? Why would someone ram another ship when they have a really big gun to shoot it with?
There is nothing in the story that makes any sense at all, unless we add massive amounts of meth.
