PSA -- Don`t do this during the pandemic....

Lol that was basically me at the gas station the other day when I had to get gas for the snow blower. Spray the gas can handle, spray my hands, spray the gas cap on my truck because thieves might have touched it to try to siphon gas, consider spraying the gas pump buttons but decide against spraying electronics and figure my hands are already wet from the alcohol anyway. Proceed to push the button and pump gas in jerry can, then in truck. Put pump back, spray hands, spray truck again, spray under the jerry can since I put it on the ground outside. Move it to the passenger side of the truck after spraying the door handle, again because thieves may have touched it (already did driver side at home). Go inside to pay, come back, spray my hands again because I touched the interac machine inside the gas station. Get in my truck, spray hands again just to be sure, then drive off.

It sounds completely ridiculous but hey better safe than sorry lol.

Good thing I don't smoke. 😛

I should be good for a while now as far as needing gas. I'm a bit low on alcohol so I need to be a bit less liberal with that spray bottle. I should probably look at setting up a still soon.

We had a setup mechanic on an automated assembly line clean a laser welding chamber with electrical contact cleaner and 99% isopropyl alcohol. Then close the chamber up and restart the machine. The first weld shot Boom!. It took several hours to rebuild the weld chamber and replace the laser fiber optic cable.
