Does anyone still watch this show? It's a show about guys who catch crabs, curse at each other, etc. The Discovery Channel lost my "trust" with the introduction of the Alaska gold mining show. These shows are basically reality crap aka soap operas in real life.

Agreed. For some reason I watched that show. The Discovery Channel has become the "National Enquirer" of cable TV.

They would sell their soul for ratings ...

It is a 2 hour show tonight and it will conflict with watching or taping Top Shot which is on at 10PM .. I will probably watch the first hour, tape Top Shot for tomorrow.

Deadliest Catch is the best show on television.

I still enjoy the show. granted there is a bit more drama then the eary episodes. Hopefully it is another good season, crab wise.

Anyone wondering whether Jake used the hour and a half he disappeard to cop drugs? It was right after he passed his piss test.....

Also, the deck boss on one of the new boats is Kevin. I remember him from the very first season as a greenhorn when he went overboard and is damn lucky to be alive. I wondered what had happened to him...
