I paid $170 for this less than 6 months ago. =( . Then again, if I'd saved the money, I'd have wasted it on something else.

Anyway, its really good ram. Been running (at stock speeds) beautifully in my AXP 2500+ and A64 3200+ with no problems. And the price is *very* nice too.

Unless you're going run a massive data server or you're running some high intense RAM requirement software, I doubt you will even notice a difference.

I was thinking about the same thing, cause DDR 3200 across the board has dropped.

Maybe a game like SIM City might take advantage of more than 1GB of RAM.
