PSA Barbecued Lamb is awesome!

Had the power go out for like 15 hours due to the sever thunderstorms we have been having.

Not knowing if the power would stay on and if I would be able to cook indoors I decide to use my grill, I bought a butterflied leg of lamb which came pre-marinated.

Wow. It was thick enough to get a nice crust on it while remaining pink inside.

I just added lamb to my barbecue choices!

what wood did you use? i've heard cherry gives a nice flavor

I absolutely love lamb! Cooked right it's far and away my fav meat!! Never had it BBQed though will have to try some time. I usually have lamb curry or rack of lamb, YUMMM!!!!!
