oh, and that is also good. More appropriate for Mason Jar, really. I don't have the proper word for "traditional home-made preserve jar."

You should all try it Amish style. They eat it on cottage cheese. To be honest I think it is the only time I ever actually eat cottage cheese is with Apple Butter smothering it.
