PSA: Advice and Advise are not the same

I was browsing some other Hot Deals and Web Hosting forums (it's not easy keeping tabs on 120+ forums).

Within a time span of 45 minutes I read 8 posts where people kept using "advise" instead of "advice".

Ok I feel better now :)

I've come to the conclusion that the majority of people posting in online forums are illiterate key smashing monkeys. Proper grammar and spelling mean nothing on the interweb. I just hope these people don't write and speak the same way in real life, because that would be truly sad and pathetic.
