The PS4 console by itself typically sells for $400 MSRP, though this holiday season they were selling the stand alone console for as low as $330.

The two games MSRP for $50, though you can get them by themselves for less. The digital download version of the The Last of Us is $20

The problem is, Amazon has TAX. The tax on $400 totally kills the deal. If I can get this bundle on newegg or tigerdirect I do not have to pay a tax.

You still owe the tax legally and morally. It's called 'use tax'.

You're required to pay it on your income tax form if you don't pay it at time of purchase.

The cheapest you can get it now is 370 shipped from eBay seller. Ususally it is easier to return it to Amazon if one has to.

Also, 2 games will cost you ~$100 for sure.

So for $399 this is a good deal with 2 games of choice.
