They will have to release another if they want to compete with the X-Box..

Wouldn't it be kewl if the next system would have a RAM drive . wouldn't have to be that big, just a GIG or so.

man, the ps2 rocks, no matter what anyone really has to say about it. theres a limited number of good games right now though, which is hurting it.

i probably wont buy x-box because its M$

ps9, those commercials is suck. almost as bad as "all your base are belong to us!!" mind control pc's public will not go for that any time soon. i'd like a decent mind interface, where i can connect directly to a pc, and use it to recall memories more vividly...

I read in tokyo pop about sony's plans for it's gaming consoles. It actually wants to be able to place implants in hardcore gamers eyes and hands. No joke, this is really being considered. When asked about removal the company said the implants would be upgradeable but it does not reccomend removal.

PS2 is awesome. I doubt I will buy "the box!" I don't think Sony will have much competition because the PS2 already has good games and does support all the old games as well.

well nintendo has total complete control of the portable market, and even if things did get to an implant level, they'd easily be able to make a wallet size or smaller pack for backwards compatability, the existing "installed market" for old gameboy games is humongous, they've dominated the market for like 10-12 yrs, if the advance is as good as they say, and the cube is too.... and another thing, why the heck hasn't any one made a portable cd based game system, you can make walkmans, and if you used mini cds or minidisc's (this is where sony has a chance make a system that'll play minidisc audio and games) their is a chance if sony does it right to steal the handheld market, but they better do it before nintendo gets a better display, if they make like good holo glasses, or progecting screens, or implants; and keep their current cartridge architecture, they'll never loose. they could probably in 5 yrs merge their console and portables.. in power, at least..

Somebody said that MS was looking at a handheld with real 3D? I agree though, if you took one of those really small CDs as the data CD, matched it with an elementary 3d chipset then a handheld could kick some serious behind. You'd see business men on planes with connection wires draped over the seats on their frequent trips

How about we get enough PS2's out to cover the current demand rather that this PS3 Crap... WTF is up with that? Prioritize what is currently in demand...
