no. and its not going to.
the price increase can most likely relate to either retailers doing so, or Sony adjusting for currency exchange rates. however, extremely unlikely as far as the second one goes.

Casino Royale looked great on blu-ray in 1080p by the way.

And if you haven't played it yet, Oblivion is now out for the PS3. Reviews are positive and it includes the Knights of the Nine expansion. A high-end PC is still the bast platform for it though, because of all the free user-made mods.
