anyone getting game/system freezing with this update? 60gb PS3 here...i beat GOW3 and updated after. Yesterday went back to show my friends a couple of chapters and i experienced freezing and skipping audio, which i never had.

Nothing so far. How much did you have to play before the problems became apparent?
 
Well, I played probably the last 1/3 of GoW III this weekend with the update installed and didn't have issues. Tried any other games?
 
::edit:: i actually deleted GOW3 game data and rebooted the game. All works now
