So um...i forget what password I used on my PS3. Am I screwed? I've tried everything I can think of...


This is the under the settings menu and the Playstation network menu > account management to change any of the options there.

I tried my PSN password which works for PSN, but not for the settings.

edit: apparently I never changed my system password, so it was still set to default. Still no idea what password I used to the account settings under the PSN menu though

edit2: so apparently I had to completely log out of PSN and log back in and then it worked...

now i have to figure out how to add $5 to my wallet to buy Journey.... I added $10 earlier and then it said my credit card info is invalid. I added $10 and then immediately tried to add $5 more and it errored on the $5 transaction. Sony says to wait a few hours and try again...

still can't add funds, even with a different credit card.

Sony's only solution is to buy a PSN card which only comes in 20 and 50 amounts.

So I have to pay $30 to buy a $15 game ($10 for the amount already in my wallet and 20 for the card)...
