ps3 media server question

I have a ps3 & never did streaming on it, I knew it didn't play many formats, and now I figured out ps3 media server had been out for years haha.

Now I downloaded it, and fiddling about getting it to work. Right now I am still on wireless, but will change that over to wired soon. I have the server installed on my 2500k rig, which has a ssd for c: drive, and a 1tb d: drive for storage. For some reason, when I share out a folder with say 10 to 15 .isos and movies on the d drive, all I get on the ps3 is a DLNA 2114 error? UPNP is enabled and in fact I can move some of the same files to a folder I shared on my c: drive and everything works? Now obviously over wireless I am getting lag on the 1080p and .isos which is why I need to switch to wired, but any .avis 600 to 700mb in size plays fine. How do I make this work with my d: drive is there some setting I am missing? Thanks in advance!

i dont have an answer for you but that sounds strange, i use PS3MS and share off the non OS drive for everything, more then one drive and everything works fine

and yes the lag is because of wireless go wired and you wont have any issues

Yes for sure I am switching to wired. For now my solution is just to move whatever movie I want to watch onto the ssd drive but this is only a short term fix and will get tiresome. Once I get my wires in, I will try running it on my htpc since that is where the majority of my movies are anyway. I am concerned about the ability for it to handle it though especially if it has to transcode. It is only a athlon x2 @ 2.3 ghz so it may struggle...
