PS3: Hard drive question

I downloaded a demo on my PS3 from the PS3 store and I can't figure out how to get it off of my hard drive. Anyone have any knowledge how to do it?
 
yea, triangle does everything. you can change file names that way too, and edit your trailer icons so that they show little 10 second clips of the video 🙂.
