I was in my local Sam's club yesterday and they had the following PS3 games at blowout prices:

Fallout 3 $18.81
Genji Days of the Blade $14.81
Facebreaker $18.81
Saints Row 2 $16.81
007 Quantum of Solace $20.81
Madden 07 $26.76
Guitar Hero World Tour Bundle $53.61 <- Thanks james1701

I bought the last Fallout 3 at my local store. I did not look at xbox games but I don't think there are as many games there on sale as PS3. Seems to be national since james1701 found the Guitar Hero Bundle where he is for the same price but as always YMMV.

I'll definitely check it out today.

My local Sam's must suck though; the last time I was there all they had were 2 year old 360/PS3 titles for $59.99. The only good game deals I have ever seen at my Sam's have been PC, but they've been replaced now by childrens' software.
 
I checked it out and the fallout 3 PS3 was 53 bucks or so and the Guitar hero was 179$. This didn't appear to exist.
 
I guess these are a big YMMV because not every club is getting these prices. But for my second installment here are some blowout prices noted at my local Sam's club.

Note that several of the PS3 titles were sold out but other PS3 titles are still on sale at even lower prices than before. The Guitar Hero World Tour went up in price though. Note that the Fallout 3 price was for the regular game not the GOTY edition. They still have several copies of the GOTY edition at the regular price.

I have added x-box prices for this installment also.
