PS3 Downloaded games

geno

I found a deal on a new PS3 for $100 cheaper than I just bought mine for. I've downloaded a few games and want to be sure I can sign in with my account and just download them on the new system. Will this be allowed or will I be forced to pay for them again? I don't want to take the leap and find out I've lost the games I've paid for. I didn't know if anyone else had any experience with this before. Thank in advance.

Yes, you can download to 3 activated systems at a time. Also make sure to deactivate your old PS3 before you sell it.

It doesn't, game sharing is a feature.

I thought it was 5 different systems?

People "share" downloadable content with friends. ie, one person buys the game and then that person gives their friends the log-in so they can also download the game on their own systems.

PSN games are in fact tied to your account, not to the system. Love this feature. I share games with my bro like this.
