As I understand the link - it checks for a change in the page - not an actual availability status - such that a change, such as a 404 due to a site being down - would trigger a false positive at bestbuy.com.

Guys, stop it. It was an old deal with Staples ridiculous coupons usage (just like werk said)couple months ago. You'll be very lucky to get that deal again these days.
 
wow this went WAYYY off the original thread...i have a ps2 in my cart too!! I know theres no chance...but thanks for the post!!

The $60 palm deal CANNOT BE GOTTEN NOW!!! It was staples coupons "stacked" when they didnt check and you were able to get like $300 off $300...they revamped their whole website, manually check orders with coupons and it will likely never happen again,....
