I currently have the following connected to a 300W Enermax (?) power supply that came with my Enlight:

A7V with TBird 800 w heatsink/fan
Creative Encore DVD & Plextor CDRW on the same power connection using a splitter
2 HDD
1 FDD
2 80mm case fans connected to PS

And I would like to add a Pioneer DVD drive. Will my PS be able to support all these devices? Any know?

Well I have the Aopen HX08 case with whatever 300watt power supper that comes with it.

Iam running an A7V and Thunderbird 1000.
I have a Pioneer DVD drive, HP CD Writer, 1 HDD (I have used 2 with no problems), 1FDD, and hmmm....4 80 mm fans, 1 60 mm for cpu, 3 small fans for my hard drive.

Needless to say, I doubt it will be a problem.

You shouldn't have any problems. You could probably run on a 235 or 250W power supply as long as you're not overclocking it.
Check out the AMD website. They have a 'recommended power supply' list and discuss the power requirements for their systems.
I don't know the url but you could start with www.amd.com
