Hello

Long time PC gamer (started on C64) who now also has a PS3 which I bought mostly for BlueRay and sports games, most games I still play on PC. I LOVED Demon Souls and think it is one of the best games I have ever played. Uncharted 2 is OK but don't know what all the fuss is about.

Are there any other PS3 games that I must play. I am thinking Valkyria Chronicles or maybe God of War.

There are some older games that you can get real cheap now that we are in the second half of this console generation. Mirrors Edge, Dead Space, Chronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena, Resident Evil 5... All except Resident Evil are $20 or less.

Since you don't like Uncharted 2 I can't recommend you anything.

Maybe you should try Conflict: Denied Ops.
 
i haven't tried demon's souls yet...

so far my favourite is fallout 3... it's a karma-based game that is an rpg/shooter mix. huge map to explore, very open-ended game. i think you can kill every NPC in the game if you choose to. lol. but i would consider it a must-play.

uncharted 1 is pretty good...

infamous was alright... kind of reminded me of Fable a bit...

NHL 10 is great.

NCAA 09 is probably my favourite sports title so far.
 
MGS4 is a decent game and can be had for under $20. I just recently bought a PS3 myself and I haven't really tried many games other than those I played at a friend's house.
