If I may add a word, I don't think that Dnet's doing absolutely nothing. Dnet as a whole does more than 40mil blocks a day. Any if you do the math, you'll see that the blockage hasn't increased by 40mil in the last 24 hours, meaning that the master is most likely indeed online, but still having problems keeping up with even the standard load.
